About Innovative Disability Solutions

Empowering Families and Educators in their parenting and teaching of children living with autism. With empowerment comes positive family and learning Environments, helping these exceptional children recognise their strengths and abilities to thrive as an individual.

Hi, I’m Jenny Nechvatal

As an early childhood consultant with 30 years of experience in the sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to my work. My journey has been further enriched by 22 years of parenting two children with disabilities, providing me with firsthand experience and understanding of the unique challenges and triumphs that families face.

By combining my professional expertise with my personal experiences, I have developed a comprehensive approach to teaching workshops aimed at early childhood educators and families. My goal is to enhance their understanding of disability and promote inclusion within both early childhood education and family life.

These workshops focus on equipping educators with the skills and strategies necessary to create inclusive environments that support all children and families. They also serve as a platform for families to gain valuable insights and tools to navigate their experiences and advocate effectively for their loved ones.

Through engaging discussions and practical activities, participants leave my workshops with a deeper awareness of the importance of inclusion, as well as actionable strategies to implement in their settings and homes.

My mission is to empower both educators and families to create nurturing, accepting environments that celebrate diversity and support every child’s development. Together, we can build a more inclusive early childhood sector that values and respects the unique contributions of all children and their families.
